We're not currently hiring for summer only roles and are considering permanent, year-round staff only . Coaching, babysitting, or anything similar is great!
Hourly Wages:
$17 - $22 an hour, based on qualifications and experience.

We hire from within for all swim lesson management positions and we are actively filling the management roles of Mentor Instructor & Deck Supervisor. Responsibilities:
Teach within our swim curriculum and help students achieve their swim goals! Have fun! Create an amazing swim lesson experience for our swimmers. Educate and enforce safety rules to prevent accidents & maintain discipline. Use appropriate oral communication skills with children and coworkers. Be a team player and work well with others! Have a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
Requirements:
A genuine love for working with and teaching children Experience working with children (volunteer or paid preferred) Comfortable in the water. A swimming background is a plus, but not required Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with both children and teammates Consistent weekly availability (our schedule stays the same each week, so rotating schedules aren't a fit) Availability to work evenings and/or weekends A commitment to reliability and attendance (instructors are expected to maintain at least 90% attendance for their scheduled classes) Reliable transportation to and from work Willingness and ability to be in the water for up to 4 hours per shift If you love an active, family-focused, educationally driven work environment, please consider working with Propel Swim Academy !
