Job Description
About SixFour3 Studio SixFour3 Studio is strength and conditioning for athletic performance, built for girls ages 13-18. Every athlete is assessed, placed into a tiered program, and coached toward mastery in classes capped at 12. We bring the resources of a college weightroom to teenage athletes in a space built entirely for them. We operate inside SixFour3 in Fairfax, VA. SixFour3 Fairfax is our newest SF3 facility, a 24 hour softball training facility designed exclusively for the development of girls fastpitch softball. The Role The Head Trainer is the point of contact in the studio. The Director of Training authors the programs and works across facilities; you are the training authority on the floor day to day. This is an elevated coaching role for someone who wants real responsibility.
