General Manager/Manager πŸ“Œ Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Baseball Coach to support our summer middle school + HS age showcase teams . The Baseball Coach will assist with player development, practice planning, game preparation, in-game strategy, and team leadership. This role is vital in promoting strong fundamentals, competitive performance, sportsmanship, and a positive team culture. ⚾ Key Responsibilities Assist with planning and leading practices, workouts, and pre-game preparation. Provide instruction in baseball fundamentals, including hitting, fielding, throwing, base running, and situational play. Support game-day coaching responsibilities, including lineup preparation, substitutions, and in-game strategy. Promote player development, accountability, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Communicate effectively with players, coaching staff, front office staff, and team leadership. Assist with field setup, equipment organization, and maintaining a safe practice and game environment. Represent the organization professionally at practices, games, community events, and team activities. πŸŽ“ Qualifications Previous coaching experience. Knowledge of baseball fundamentals, player development, and game strategy. Ability to teach, motivate, and mentor athletes in a positive and professional manner. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
