Our goal is to positively impact the health and future of young athletes through running. Do you love the outdoors, staying active and working with kids? Then you should join our team of coaches! We are currently hiring for our Spring Training season, with most of our programs starting the end of February. We are looking to fill coaching spots at several after school programs throughout the week. We will provide training to prepare you, as well as a curriculum for you to follow at each practice! We also provide equipment and support. Each season we recruit individuals that want to gain experience in coaching and leading groups in exercise, as well as those who have a passion for running and working with kids. The goal of the program is to introduce students to running, but also keeping them active and moving. We host a goal race at the end of our programs for all our runners. We are looking for reliable role models that have a passion for exercise and the desire to share that with young people. Crazy Running coaches can take charge, think on their feet, and command the respect of a crowd of busy kids. Crazy Running coaches are also enthusiastic, encouraging, trained, appreciated greatly by us and PAID! The time commitment is approximately 60 minutes for each practice (set up, practice, clean up). Pay starts at $25/practice. One practice per day, with the option to work multiple days per week. Coaches also must be able to pass a background check.
