Job Description

Instructor Seeking experienced Instructors to engage and provide knowledge to our athletes of all ages, on every aspect within the game of either Softball or Baseball. This is a part-time position, with weekday evenings, and weekend availability required. Please be sure to indicate which sport you coach in your application. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about teaching, motivating, and inspiring our students to achieve their personal and professional goals. This position requires a high level of teaching ability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work hard and smart.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Previous experience teaching in a group setting Ability to work with a team of instructors, coaches, and students Knowledge of proper warm-up techniques to avoid injury Instruct students using the The Strike Zone Baseball & Softball Academy curriculum. Encourage students to reach their fullest potential in each lesson. Monthly progress reports to student athlete's parents. Must be available to work at least one weekend day.
