QUALIFICATIONS
Springfield School District seeks individuals committed to the school's mission and vision. Individuals are hired based on their relevant experience and demonstration of responsibility and flexibility. Specifically, we are looking for staff members who believe in the mission and vision of the school
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Relentless commitment to raising the academic achievement of all student-athletes. Organize and attend all practices and contests. Ability to motivate students. Ability to individualize instructions. Strong communication skills Knowledge of rules and strategies Experience as a coach preferred. Experience as a player preferred. Enthusiasm for the sport Coaching certifications preferred (VPA / NFHS) Ability to work effectively with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the public. Maintain a high level of ethical behavior. Available to work a flexible schedule, including afternoons/evenings/weekends.
