Protocol is a strength and conditioning gym committed to fostering a community atmosphere and long-term athletic development. By offering coach-led classes that incorporate strength training, weightlifting, gymnastics, and conditioning, Protocol helps members build sustainable fitness, improve movement quality, and achieve purposeful training. With a focus on functional fitness and expert coaching, Protocol empowers individuals to achieve their fitness goals effectively. Role Description This is an on-site, part-time role for a Coach at Protocol's facility in Bellevue, WA. You will lead high-quality, energetic group classes that include strength training, weightlifting, gymnastics, and conditioning, while ensuring members use proper techniques to meet their fitness goals safely - and have FUN doing it! Additional responsibilities may include assisting with gym operations and maintaining equipment. Qualifications Experience in coaching and performing functional fitness, strength training, or similar fitness programs Passionate about building community Knowledge of weightlifting, gymnastics, and conditioning techniques Certification in fitness coaching (e.g., CrossFit Level 1, NASM, ACE, or equivalent) is highly desirable CPR and First Aid certification is a strong asset Compensation Compensation ranges from $28-$32 per class , depending on experience, certifications, and additional responsibilities. This is a part-time role (under 15 hours weekly), with opportunity to grow into a full-time role.
Pay:
$28.00 - $32.00 per hour
