Part-time Pay:
$38 per hour , depending on experience Job Description Thunder Soccer Club is looking for an experienced, responsible, and passionate Youth Soccer Coach . Previous coaching experience is mandatory. The coach must be comfortable working with players of different ages and skill levels, from young beginners to competitive youth players. Responsibilities Plan and lead organized soccer practices Coach during games and tournaments Teach technical skills, tactics, teamwork, and discipline Adapt training sessions for different ages and ability levels Create a safe, positive, and competitive environment Communicate professionally with players, families, and club leadership Arrive prepared and on time for all practices and games Requirements Previous soccer coaching experience is required Must be comfortable coaching different age groups Strong knowledge of soccer Good leadership and communication skills Reliable, punctual, organized, and professional Experience playing competitive soccer is preferred Coaching license, SafeSport, CPR, or First Aid certification is a plus Applications without previous coaching experience will not be considered.
Pay:
$30.00 - $38.00 per hour
