- $45 an hour 9 hours ago Qualifications Teamwork Sports team experience Soccer coaching Team development Experience working with children Full Job Description Seatown FC is seeking passionate and experienced Soccer Coaches to join our coaching staff.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement effective soccer training programs tailored to the needs of players aged 8-15. Provide individualized coaching and mentoring, focusing on player development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Foster a positive and supportive team culture. Collaborate with fellow coaches to ensure a cohesive coaching strategy. Monitor player progress and adjust training as needed. Assist with game-day preparation, including warm-ups and strategy. Engage with parents through regular meetings and communication.Experience:
Previous experience coaching youth soccer, especially with children aged 8-15. Strong understanding of soccer tactics and skills. Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment.Commitment:
Availability two days a week: Mondays and Friday or Wednesday and Friday. (1.5 hours) In the summer, availability of one or two weekends per month is required for summer tournaments. (July- August
- September) Availability from September to November for one day on weekends for the league in which we participate. (NPSL or WPL) 4 to 6 hours per week. 430 S 156th St, Burien, WA 98148
