FORKS HIGH SCHOOL ASSISTANT WRESTLING COACH COACHING REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must have or obtain a valid First Aid card Good human relations and interpersonal skills Prior wrestling coach experience, preferred
COACHING EXPECTATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrate leadership abilities Possess a strong value system that aligns with the Districts Core Covenants of Respect, Integrity and Commitment Ability to work effectively with others Ability to motivate others Ability to effectively communicate with all audiences Adheres to the rules, regulations, and policies of the WIAA Develop a good rapport with head coach, parents, patrons, news media, teachers and administrators Promote and practice positive sportsmanship Work to achieve a positive relationship with all audiences Perform other duties and responsibilities consistent with district policies and procedures as required
