Immediately Job Description Reports to: Athletic Director & Head Coach
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Current first aid/CPR card Ability to meet WIAA coaching requirements and follow all WIAA and district guidelines Previous coaching experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with players, parents, community members and athletic director
Duties:
Plan and execute or assist with the process for all team practices Supervise players and volunteers at all team events (games, practices, road trips, meetings, etc.) Provide basic medical treatment for non-life threatening injuries. Be able to execute emergency plan for athleic facilities Keep current with district and WIAA rules and regulations Work collaboratively to ensure athletic program is aligned with the vision and philosophy of the head coach and athletic director Post-season collection of all issued equipment, med kits, keys and uniforms for inventory Post-season debriefing/evaluation Terms of Employment Starting date: 2026-2027 Fall Season
