We have weekday afternoon/evening and Saturday morning roles available. We are open to hiring to start now, or to begin in a few months to be trained and ready for September when the new school year begins. We are looking for enthusiastic and encouraging individuals and coaching experience is not required.

Currently Seeking:

Preschool & Recreational Class Coaches (weekday afternoons/evenings & Saturday mornings) Ninja Coaches (Friday afternoon/evening & Saturday mornings) Boys gymnastics coaches Team gymnastics coaches (coaching experience required) Our facility stresses a progressive approach to gymnastics training, and prides itself on the safe instruction of gymnastics skills on all apparatus. We provide weekly lesson plans for all of our recreational programs, from our little monkeys (3 years) up to our high school aged students.

Requirements:

Must LOVE working with children Ability to coach in a positive, respectful and fun manner. Ability to communicate effectively with children and parents. Ability to pass a criminal background check as part of the pre-employment process.

Benefits:

Work 1, 2, 3, or more days a week—whatever fits with your schedule! Our coaches work anywhere from 3 to 24 hours per week. Set weekly schedule-- know your shifts without having to wait for a schedule! Discounted classes for your little gymnast (if applicable)Pay dependent on experience. Pay range during training and initial probationary period may differ at $17-20/hour.
