To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to assist athletes in skill development on court, running equipment in the facility, administer Official Recruiting Visits, take general phone calls, and act in a Customer Service role. This position will primarily work in the areas of basketball coaching and training, in addition to aiding in membership acquisition and retention efforts. About Shoot360 Shoot 360 is the world's most advanced basketball training facility, combining cutting-edge technology with an engaging coaching experience. Our mission is to grow the love of the game for players of all ages and skill levels by reimagining basketball skill development and competition through our innovation and experience platform. Duties Assist athletes in skill development while they are on the court doing their workouts by connecting, correcting, competing, and challenging them, during each shift. Provide thorough product knowledge in our equipment and technology to expedite the athlete's improvement and maximize the best possible experience in our facility. Answer general phone calls - inquiries about the types of services offered, scheduling, requests, and overall basic customer service. Conduct Official Recruiting Visits to prospective members so they may experience Shoot 360's offerings. Perform point of sale transactions for memberships, apparel, training lessons, and all other service offerings. Work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
