Swim Instructor - MSD Academy (Weekends Only) (Do not apply if you do not have swim instructor experience)

Pay:

$21-$24/ per hour (based on experience and certification) Join MSD Academy and help shape confident swimmers while building a joyful, inclusive community in Redmond and Junita! We're looking for someone who loves weekend energy and thrives in a splash-filled environment—someone who brings enthusiasm, warmth, and skill to every lesson. What You'll Do Teach swimming lessons to children (ages 2+) and adults Instruct all four competitive strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly Create a safe, engaging, and fun learning experience Communicate progress with students and parents Set up and maintain pool equipment before and after sessions Participate in paid on-the-job training and team meetings What We're Looking For Should be able to swim and teach all four competitive strokes. You will be tested in the water. Available Saturdays and Sundays (sometimes on weekdays) CPR certification costs will be reimbursed six months after the certification is obtained, provided the employee remains actively employed at that time. Energetic, social, and passionate about working with kids and adults Prior experience preferred—but we'll train the right candidate! Willing to go through 4 weeks paid training program.
