In Person About Gorin Tennis Academy Gorin Tennis Academy is a premier, elite tennis development program operating 10 locations across the United States . We have been serving the Pacific Northwest community at the Sprinker Tennis Center in Tacoma, WA for several years , developing players across all ages and competitive tiers. Our international coaching team includes former ATP/WTA Tour players, NCAA Division I standouts, and elite high-performance directors. Our Tacoma site offers comprehensive programming—from foundational U10 red ball development to nationally and world-ranked juniors, alongside a full array of adult teams, clinics, and private lessons.

Guaranteed base salary with an average rate of $55/hour (based on experience and performance).

Player & Coaching Requirements Minimum UTR Threshold:
Men:
9.0+ UTR |
Women:
8.0+
UTR Experience:
3+ years of coaching experience preferred. High on-court intensity and a collaborative, team-first mindset. Ability to work effectively with students of all ages and skill levels.
Plus:
Experience developing top-ranked juniors or playing high-level college/pro tennis.
