Role:

NOW HIRING COACHES FOR HARTLAND AND SUSSEX.

We are a youth basketball academy for kids ages 4-11 in the Milwaukee area. Our mission is to build confidence, fundamentals, and a love for the game in a fun and positive environment. We are looking for responsible, energetic high school students who enjoy basketball and working with kids. No prior coaching experience is required — we provide training and lesson plans.

• Responsibilities:

• Help lead fun, age-appropriate basketball drills and games
• Encourage effort, teamwork, and good sportsmanship
• Assist the head coach during classes
• Help with setup and cleanup of equipment
• Be a positive role model for young athletes

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in high school (14+ preferred)
• Enjoy working with young kids
• Reliable, punctual, and coachable
• Basic basketball knowledge (playing experience preferred but not required)
• Ability to follow instructions and bring positive energy
