Introduction:
The soccer program focus is to introduce / instruct the sport of soccer to all participants in grades 9 through 12.

COACHING DESCRIPTIONS
Head Coach•
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Must know and understand the Co-curricular Handbook and any Board policies associated with Co-curricular activities Oversee / organize practices, activities, and schedules Order equipment Complete participant event schedules Responsible for data entry to include but not limited to stats and any other tournament information Responsible for equipment Responsible for student safety Coaching focus
  • soccer fundamentals Coach needs to stay after practice or meet until the activity buses leave or until every student has been picked up. Conduct preseason parent meetings. Evaluate assistant coaches within the high school program Facilitate in-season and offseason strength and conditioning program through the school's athletic performance coordinator. Assistant Coach

Season Goals:
An emphasis is placed on proper techniques. The framework of exercising and personal commitment is stressed as lifelong goals. We encourage the participants to be competitive with the opponent as well as with themselves, trying to improve throughout the season.
Certification and Licenses:
WIAA Rules Test Completion form and must have a valid driver's license. Must have CPR/AED certification and first aid training.
Physical Requirements:
Shall complete a physical examination and TB Test as required by Wisconsin Statute.
