Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Assistant Girls' Golf Coach to join our dynamic sports program. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to support the development of young athletes, foster teamwork, and promote a love for golf. As an integral part of our coaching staff, you will assist in training, mentoring, and motivating female golfers while ensuring a positive and inclusive environment. Your enthusiasm, sports expertise, and commitment to youth development will help inspire our student-athletes to reach their full potential on and off the course. Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing golf practices, drills, and game strategies tailored for girls' teams Support the head coach in developing individual skills and team cohesion through engaging instruction Supervise players during practice sessions, matches, and team events to ensure safety and sportsmanship Help monitor player progress, provide constructive feedback, and encourage positive behavior management Facilitate communication with players, parents, and school staff regarding team schedules and performance updates Assist in organizing team logistics such as equipment management and tournament preparations Promote a respectful, inclusive environment that emphasizes teamwork, discipline, and personal growth Skills Experience working with children or youth in sports or educational settings Knowledge of golf fundamentals and sports-specific training instruction Strong communication skills to effectively motivate and guide student-athletes Background in sports coaching or team leadership roles, preferably with girls' or youth teams Familiarity with behavior management techniques to foster a positive team atmosphere Join us in shaping confident athletes while promoting health, teamwork, and personal achievement!
