QUALIFICATIONS

Proven personal success in sales (home improvement/construction preferred) Experience with coaching or mentoring sales professionals Strong presentation and communication skills Confident in delivering direct, constructive feedback Organized and highly metrics-driven Committed to continuous improvement and team development

PAY :

In this full-time role, you'll onboard new reps, lead dynamic roleplay sessions, join ride-alongs to provide real-time field coaching, retrain underperformers, help interview new candidates, refine training systems, track key metrics, and champion accountability across the team.
