Volleyball Coach - JV2 710 S Columbus Ave, Marshfield, WI 54449 Part-time, Seasonal Part-time, Seasonal Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Volleyball Coach for our JV2 team to inspire young athletes, foster teamwork, and develop their volleyball skills. Responsibilities Plan and conduct engaging volleyball practices that focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship Lead the JV2 team during matches, implementing game strategies and motivating players to perform their best Foster a positive environment that encourages student participation, confidence, and personal growth Monitor player behavior and enforce team rules to promote respectful conduct and safety Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate schedules, events, and team activities Provide feedback to students on their performance and areas for improvement in a constructive manner Ensure all activities comply with school policies, safety standards, and sports regulations Experience Prior experience coaching volleyball or other team sports at the youth or school level Background in sports coaching with knowledge of volleyball techniques and game rules Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or recreational settings Familiarity with behavior management strategies to maintain a positive team environment Demonstrated ability to motivate students while ensuring safety during all activities
