Job Summary We are seeking baseball coaches to fill multiple coaching roles within our travel, youth development, and academy programs. These roles vary in responsibility, schedule, and time commitment. Candidates may be considered for one or more positions based on experience and availability. Available Coaching Roles High School Travel Team - Head Coach The Travel Team Head Coach is responsible for planning and running team practices and leading the team during summer tournaments. This role carries full responsibility for player development, on-field leadership, and game management. 15u, 16u or 17u teams available. Responsibilities Plan and run all team practices Lead the team during games and tournaments Teach advanced baseball concepts appropriate for high-level players Establish expectations, structure, and team culture Communicate professionally with players and parents Schedule Indoor practices on Sundays, November until March Tournaments season the months of June and July Attendance required at all practices and tournaments Qualifications Coaching experience at the high school, college, or travel level College playing experience required Strong leadership and communication skills 2. Youth Team Support Coach (Practices Only) Job Description The Youth Team Support Coach assists parent volunteer head coaches during team practices. This role is instructional and supportive in nature and does not include responsibility for running practices or attending games or tournaments. Responsibilities Attend scheduled team practices (primarily Saturdays) Provide detailed instruction on specific skills and team concepts Assist with stations or small-group instruction during practice Help introduce and reinforce advanced concepts as requested by the coaching staff Serve as a resource and support system for volunteer coaches Role Structure The volunteer/parent head coaches remain fully responsible for practice plans and structure Support coaches do not run or dictate practices Schedule Indoor practices on Saturdays (January-April) Outdoor practices once per week (April) No games or tournaments required Qualifications Coaching experience at least at the high school level College playing experience preferred Strong communication and instructional skills 3. Academy Coach - Classes & Private Lessons Job Description Academy Coaches lead group classes and provide individual or small-group lessons focused on player development. This role offers flexibility while maintaining high expectations for professionalism and instructional quality. Responsibilities Coach hitting, pitching, infield, outfield, or catching classes Work with players ages 6U-18U Collaborate with other academy coaches Maintain an organized, professional training environment Communicate directly with lesson clients in a timely manner
Schedule Classes:
Weeknights (Monday-Friday), typically between 4:30pm-9:30pm,
November-April Private Lessons:
Flexible, year-round based on facility availability Qualifications Coaching experience at least at the high school level preferred College playing experience required for private lessons Strong teaching and organizational skills Additional Information Multiple positions available Candidates may be considered for more than one role Schedules and responsibilities vary by role
