QUALIFICATIONS
1. WIAA coaches certification or State teachers license is required. 2. A current knowledge of Swim rules and regulations and skill instruction. 3. Past college or high school experience as a Swim participant or coach is preferred. 4. CPR/AED training is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Perform duties as designated by the head coach. 2. Proper instruction and supervision of athletes including, but not limited to: a. Locker rooms, transportation vehicles, home and away facilities 3. Commit the time needed as designated by the head coach. 4. Communicate appropriately with students, staff, officials, parents, bus drivers, and the community. 5. Maintain an image as a positive role model including, but not limited to: a.
