Varsity Hockey Coach Lakers hockey Club Pleasant Prairie, WI Job Details Contract From $1,000 a month 1 day ago Qualifications School experience Program development Sports team experience Full Job Description The Lakers Hockey Club is seeking experienced and passionate coaches to help lead our program during the 2026/2027 fall season. We are rebuilding following several seasons with large graduating classes and are looking for leaders committed to developing student-athletes both on and off the ice. Available Positions Varsity Head Coach JV Head Coach Hockey Director Combined Varsity Head Coach & Hockey Director role for the right candidate Responsibilities Lead all aspects of assigned team operations Plan and conduct practices, games, and team activities Foster player development, accountability, and team culture Promote sportsmanship, leadership, and a positive competitive environment Work collaboratively with fellow coaches and the Board of Directors Support the continued growth and success of the program Requirements USA Hockey Level 4 Coaching Certification (CEP) preferred Current SafeSport Certification Completion of all required Age-Specific Modules Previous coaching experience at the Midget and/or High School level Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Passion for player development and building a successful hockey program The Hockey Director position may be combined with the Varsity Head Coach role for the right candidate.
