Job Description

GymSport Gymnastics - Weston, WI Part-time | Evening hours GymSport Gymnastics is looking for an experienced, dependable coach to work primarily with our USAG Women's Development Program Levels 4-6. We're looking for someone who can confidently lead practices, teach progressive skill development, and help gymnasts grow in both performance and confidence. This position is best suited for a coach who understands optional-level basics, values strong technique and conditioning, and can balance high expectations with a positive coaching style. Responsibilities Coach Levels 4-6 during scheduled team practices: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays 4-7pm. Develop skills, routines, strength, flexibility, and meet readiness Provide safe, effective progressions and hands-on spotting Collaborate with the team director and other coaches Communicate professionally with athletes, families, and staff Attend assigned competitions during meet season Maintain a structured, encouraging, and safe practice environment Preferred qualifications Previous experience coaching competitive gymnastics Strong understanding of USAG Development Program requirements Ability to safely spot skills appropriate for these levels and slightly above Dependable, organized, and comfortable managing a group independently Positive coaching style with clear expectations and strong boundaries Current or willingness to complete required USAG memberships, certifications, background screening, and SafeSport training Schedule This is a part-time position with primarily afternoon and evening practices. Some weekend availability is required for competitions. Compensation $18-22 per hour, based on coaching experience, skill level, and availability. Approved travel expenses for assigned competitions are covered according to GymSport's coaching travel policy. Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 - 15.0 per week
