Job Description
Job Summary Join our athletic department as an Assistant Women's Soccer Coach. You will support the head coach in training sessions, games, administrative work, operations, video analysis and breakdowns, and more. Duties Assist in planning and running training. Support game day preparations, tactical breakdown, video analysis, and operations. Assist with operations such as team travel, compliance duties, budgeting, and such for team and department. Background in Sports GPS, Metrica, Wyscout, ARMS is a plus. Collaborate with the athletic training, strength and conditioning, and athletic department is needed in this role. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Previous coaching experience at the high school, club, or collegiate level, or a strong collegiate playing background. Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills. Knowledge of NCAA compliance regulations is a plus. This role is slated to begin mid/late July with the role being supported through camps and additional local club opportunities.
