Head Womens Soccer Coach

Glenville State University is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as head coach of the institution's Division II Women's Soccer program. The candidate will report directly to the Athletic Director. Oversight of all aspects of team recruitment and retention. Strong communication with the Administration Staff in regards to practice times, and Game Day Operations. Execution of an aggressive fundraising plan. Oversight of the program's academic performance. A strong commitment to department, campus, and community involvement. Attendance and participation in required department and institutional meetings. An undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university. A strong background in the sport, with coaching experience on the collegiate level. A background in recruitment and roster construction. Knowledge of the Mountain East Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations. Applicants should complete a letter of interest, coaching vitae, and a statement of their coaching philosophy.
