Job Description
Observing adult clients and accurately documenting/reporting behaviors and incidents Supporting independent living skills (cooking, light cleaning, daily routines) Guiding adults toward self-reliance in day-to-day activities Leading or participating in structured activities that promote engagement Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment Clear written and verbal communication with supervisors and team members Professional boundaries and respect for client dignity (no personal care) Reliability for evening and weekend shifts Safe, responsible driving with a valid, unencumbered driver's license Patience, empathy, and positive, calm support in a variety of situations Currently hiring for weekend morning 12 hour shift workers and weekday afternoon shifts.
