- The Department of Neurology at the Yale School of Medicine seeks to hire a neurohospitalist at the rank of Assistant/ Associate Professor to complement our services at the Adam Neuroscience Center at Yale-New Haven Hospital Saint Raphael's Campus in New Haven, CT. Rank will be based on education and experience.
- The position is composed of 24 service weeks (Monday
- Sunday) and will include evaluation and management of the whole spectrum of neurological disorders in the emergency department, the intensive care units, as well as on the medical and surgical floors.
- It is an exciting time to join Yale Neurology with the upcoming opening of The Adams Neurosciences Center at Yale New Haven Hospital. The ANC will serve as an integrated inpatient academic hub for the diagnosis, treatment, and investigation of complex neurological and neurosurgical disorders and serve as a major access point of patients requiring continuing outpatient care.
- Anchored in advanced translational research and multidisciplinary clinical expertise, the Center will provide comprehensive, evidence-based care across the full spectrum of medical and surgical therapies.
- Candidates must have an MD or equivalent and be board certified/board eligible in Neurology and may have subspecialty fellowship training. Applicants must meet the criteria for medical licensure in the State of Connecticut. Faculty rank will be based on experience.
