Job Description:
The Department offers CACREP-accredited programs in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (both residential and digital pathways) and in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling; Graduate Certificate programs in Addictions Education; and a graduate degree program in Student Affairs. Additionally, the department houses the Talley Family Counseling Center (TFCC), an onsite counseling training center.

The candidate selected for the position will be expected to provide outstanding instruction, as well as activity in collegial and professional service. Job Requirements:
Requirements for all levels include: a doctorate from a CACREP-accredited counselor education and supervision program; experience as a Professional Counselor, eligibility for Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) credential in Kentucky. Additionally, they should be familiar in the history of participation in relevant professional organizations and demonstration of success or potential success in teaching. Appointment at Associate Professor must include tenure and promotion earned as a faculty member within a CACREP-accredited program and as consistent with WKU's Criteria for Individual Ranks (WKU Faculty Handbook, 31st ed., III.C.1.a.).
