Assistant Professor of Computer Science & Digital Technologies

Job Summary Grambling State University invites applications for tenure or tenure-track faculty positions in the Department of Computer Science & Digital Technologies. We are seeking dynamic educators and researchers to support our growing programs in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Computing. Job Duties & Responsibilities Conduct high-impact research and seek external funding Teach undergraduate courses in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing; advise and mentor students across academic levels Engage in university/college/department services (Report to a Chair or other higher-level administrator; curriculum development, program enhancement, etc.) Professional activities / community services

Qualifications Minimum:

A Ph.D. in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a closely related field (ABD candidates nearing completion may be considered for conditional appointment contingent to completion of doctorate degree computer science or related field Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and service Experience or interest in interdisciplinary collaboration and industry engagement

Preferred:
