Jan 16, 2026 Description The Amherst College Department of Philosophy invites applications for a full-time, one-year visiting appointment at the rank of assistant, associate, or full professor. In addition to teaching two courses per semester, the successful candidate will be expected to supervise senior honors projects and participate in the life of the department. Candidates must have met all requirements for a Ph.D. in philosophy by the start of the appointment.
