Job Description
The Department of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology seeks a doctoral-level, open rank Instructor or Assistant Professor (Tenure-track or non tenure-track) of speech-language pathology. (Applicants with a M.S. or M.A. degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders may also be considered.) Candidates with teaching interests in all areas of speech-language pathology will be considered. The position involves clinical supervision and mentoring so clinical certification in speech-language pathology is required. Teaching speech-language pathology and audiology undergraduate and graduate courses. Clinical supervision and mentoring. Academic advising. Conducting research in the area of expertise. Participate in University and professional services. Other duties as assigned. A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience. MA/MS or PhD in Communicative Disorders or PhD or EdD in a closely related area.
