WAKE FOREST UNIVERSITY.
The Department of Communication of Wake Forest University invites applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor (VAP) position for the 2026-2027 academic year. This VAP position is part of the faculty dedicated to teaching courses for our very popular Marketing Communication minor.Qualifications :
A master's degree is required. A PhD is preferred. Candidates with evidence of teaching excellence in the discipline and/or of experience in the practice of marketing communication will get favorable consideration.Position Summary :
The position is for someone who is able to teach courses such as Introduction to Integrated Marketing Communications (our gateway course to the minor) and upper level courses such as Communication and Consumer Behavior , Digital and Social Media Marketing and Content Marketing and Analytics . The decision on which courses are assigned to this position will depend on candidate strengths. All classes are at the undergraduate level. Total teaching load will be 3-3 for the 2026-2027 academic year. About theDepartment:
