Fairleigh Dickinson University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences invites applications for a 12-month, non-tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development and delivery of the Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) curriculum with a focus on pharmaceutical sciences. Teaching responsibilities include didactic courses in biomedical sciences (anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology), integrated pharmacotherapy (pharmacology portion), and other relevant areas within pharmaceutical sciences. Required Qualifications:
Education, training, experience:- A Ph.D. degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences is required. Understanding of pharmacy curriculum related to pharmaceutical sciences is required. A professional degree in pharmacy is a plus.
- Faculty candidates specializing in pharmacology are especially encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to adapt teaching to various learning styles and levels of learners are highly desirable.
