Full-Time Posting Detail Information Position Summary The Department of Pediatrics in the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo (UB) and Golisano Children's Hospital (GCH) is actively recruiting for a full-time BC/BE Pediatric Hospitalist . This candidate will provide inpatient care for pediatric patients at Golisano Children's Hospital at Buffalo. They will also share in coverage of the affiliated Pediatric Long Term Care facility at HighPointe on Michigan. After-hours call is shared with other faculty members, and taken from home. In house Pediatric Intensivists provide immediate assessment and management for acute critical management needs. Faculty duties include education and supervision of pediatric residents and medical students from Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. Ideal candidates will have excellent clinical, teaching and communication skills, as well as interest in scholarly and quality improvement initiatives.
