https://www.ubjobs.buffalo.edu/postings/64242 Posting Detail Information Position Summary The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is seeking a physician with subspecialty training in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery ( URPS ) to join our team at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, University at Buffalo (UB), SUNY . Our partners include Kaleida Health and Erie County Medical Center. UB is a top-tier academic institution, situated across 3 campuses, with faculty engaged in transformational patient care, education, and medical research. The successful applicant will be BC/BE in Obstetrics and Gynecology and have completed a formal fellowship in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery ( URPS ) . In this position you will be expected to: possess excellent clinical skills, provide the highest quality of patient care demonstrate capability, interest, and enthusiasm for teaching medical students and training residents. Our residency has 36 categorical positions, 9 at each year, and Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences has about 200 medical students per year. Our goal is to augment our current Division of URPS . Involvement in clinical research is encouraged, and there are many opportunities for interdisciplinary research within the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus and the larger University at Buffalo community. Academic rank and compensation will be commensurate with training and achievement. A comprehensive benefit package is included.
