  • Research Assistant Professor
  • to join our team. This faculty position will focus on
  • molecular cell biology
  • , contributing to cutting-edge discoveries in urologic diseases.
  • Position Overview:
  • The successful candidate will lead and collaborate on research projects investigating molecular mechanisms of urologic diseases. This role offers the opportunity to develop independent research while working closely with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and scientists.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • + Design and execute research projects in
  • molecular cell biology
  • , focusing on urologic diseases. + Develop and optimize experimental protocols in
  • basic molecular and cellular biology
  • . + Collaborate with clinical and research faculty to integrate molecular data with clinical outcomes. + Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present research at national and international conferences. + Mentor graduate students and research staff. + Contribute to grant writing and securing external research funding.
  • Qualifications
  • + Ph.D. in
  • Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Immunology, Cancer Biology, or a related field
  • . + Strong
  • postdoctoral research experience
  • in molecular and cellular biology. + Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research with a strong publication record. + Experience in grant writing is preferred. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
