Assistant/Associate Tenure Track Professor of Education with Emphasis in Education Administration

Charleston Southern University invites applications for a faculty position (Assistant or Associate Professor) in the College ofEducation beginning August 2026. Charleston Southern seeks candidates who are professing Christians, committed to excellence in teaching,scholarship, and service. They should support the goals of a strong liberal arts education and be willing to explore with students theintegration of faith and learning. Rank is commensurate with experience. The education faculty teaches a broad range of elementary andsecondary education administration courses, including leadership, legal and ethical environments in schools, Human Resources and Finance,student advising, college and university committee membership, and recruitment of new students. The applicant must be able to collaboratewith graduate faculty to maintain program excellence and coherence. They also must develop and maintain a scholarly trajectory that includespublications and presentations. Applicant must have a record of exemplary experience as a school administrator with state certification.
