Adjunct Job Description Summary:

Provide quality instruction for public speaking courses. The course, consisting of 2.5 lecture hours with an additional 30 minutes of asynchronous online hours each week, is taught in-person at our local Dowagiac High School on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:25 a.m. to 9:18 a.m.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in communications, English, or education along with graduate credit hours towards a Masters degree in communications, speech or similar field. Excellent Organization and Communication skills. Demonstrated use of instructional technology

Preferred Qualifications:

Teaching Experience at the high school or college level Online teaching certification Master's degree in Communications/ Speech or similar
