Field Production Primary Function of Organizational Unit The Department of Communication and Media Studies at Winston-Salem State University focuses on the emerging digital forms of media in the 21st Century, with emphasis on human and social communication. Students will have the opportunity to increase and enhance global-intercultural awareness.
