Job Summary The Education Coordinator / Clinical Educator functions as a clinical and content expert responsible for assessing hospital-wide educational needs and developing, implementing, and facilitating education programs for nursing staff and patient care team members. Key Responsibilities
  • Promote quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care across the organization.
  • Collaborate with nursing leadership, management, and physicians to identify education needs.
  • Develop and deliver continuing education programs and staff in-services.
  • Lead skills fairs, orientations, and annual training initiatives.
  • Assist with competency development and evaluation.
  • Support AHA Training Center and student orientation programs. Required Qualifications
  • BSN required
  • Active Arkansas RN License
  • 5 years acute care nursing experience
  • Adult education experience
  • Current
AHA BLS & ACLS, TNCC
  • AHA Instructor status Preferred Qualifications
  • MSN
  • Charge Nurse experience
AHA PALS
