Shift:
Day PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a talented and collaborative Training Analyst to support the development, maintenance, and delivery of technical training programs. In this role, you'll work closely with subject matter experts, operations teams, and training professionals to create engaging learning experiences that help employees develop the skills and knowledge needed for success. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in instructional design, training content development, technical documentation, or learning and development who enjoys transforming complex information into effective training solutions. What You'll Do Training Development & Instructional Design Develop, revise, and maintain instructor-led and computer-based training materials. Create engaging learning content that supports technical and operational training initiatives. Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to maximize learner effectiveness. Identify opportunities to improve existing training programs and learning experiences. Content Creation & Documentation Partner with subject matter experts to gather, organize, and document technical information.
Develop and update:
Lesson plans Participant guides Job aids Presentations Exams Training evaluations Ensure training materials remain accurate, relevant, and aligned with business needs. eLearning & Multimedia Development Create interactive learning experiences using tools such as: Articulate 360 Vyond Camtasia Similar eLearning platforms Support development of: Online training modules Video-based learning Interactive training content Self-paced learning programs Training Program Support Assist with curriculum reviews and program updates. Coordinate training logistics, scheduling, and communications. Support implementation of learning initiatives and development programs. Ensure training programs comply with established standards and procedures. SharePoint & Content Management Update and maintain training resources within SharePoint. Manage training documentation and content repositories. Ensure version control and content accuracy across learning platforms. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in: Education Training & Development Instructional Design Related field OR Equivalent relevant experience Experience developing: Training materials Technical documentation Instructional content Learning programs Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design practices. Experience developing eLearning and multimedia training content.
Proficiency with:
Microsoft Word PowerPoint Excel Teams SharePoint Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.

Utility operations Industrial operations Technical training programs Operations training environments Experience working with subject matter experts on technical content development. Experience creating training for operational or highly technical audiences. Pay Details:
