Job Summary Instructional Design Specialist J7 The Contractor shall provide instructional design and training development support for approximately 10-15 courses, IAW with the Analysis, Development, Design, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process for
HT-JCOE J7.
The Contractor shall: Support HT-JCOE Computer Based Training (CBT)/Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) lesson plan development efforts. Support the redesign/revision of HT-JCOE courses. Identify gaps in learning, implementing instructional design strategy opportunities, and production of course content. Support all phases of the ADDIE model. Qualifications for Instructional Design Specialists J7 (Direct Support to Training):

security clearance with eligibility for SCI access (Secret to start; Interim TS/SCI granted within 18 months-
Note:
US Citizenship is required to obtain a US security clearance) Master's Degree in Curriculum Development. Minimum of three years' experience in the field of Curriculum Development with two years' experience in a DoD/military environment utilizing the ADDIE process Learning courses/content on a Learning Management System (LMS). 24 Credit hours in adult education.
Compensation Details:
$67,000 - $100,000
