AI-enabled tools, innovative design methods and ownership of content across its lifecycle are expected elements of the role, with learning outcomes measured against business objectives. What You Will Do Lead program management for learning programs including needs assessment, feedback and prioritization processes, instructional design, development, implementation, stakeholder communications and evaluation of learning solution outcomes. Consult, collaborate and communicate with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define business requirements and translate needs into organizational improvement solutions. Innovate and continuously improve the instructional design process, researching and applying instructional design, digital and AI-enabled best practices and industry trends to support organizational initiatives. Participate on project teams and identify areas of opportunity, develop recommendation proposals and implement appropriate solutions to drive business outcomes. Develop, manage and execute project management strategies across multiple concurrent initiatives to ensure effective scoping, resource allocation, risk management, commitment from project team members, timeliness and attainment of business requirements. Effectively measure and assess participants' skills and client satisfaction related to provided services. Establish strategies for addressing gaps. Advise on methods and approaches to reinforce skills. Leads development and enhancement of assessment tools ensuring fair and unbiased evaluation. Provide ongoing program feedback and communication updates to stakeholders. Lead and apply project management skills consistently throughout assigned deliverables including collaboration with change management and post-implementation review. Mentor and coach junior team members, building capability in innovative design methods, AI-enabled workflows and learning technologies. Manage and maintain curriculum review, content governance and lifecycle management processes with subject matter experts, including content inventories, review cadences and maintenance planning, to ensure content remains up-to-date, relevant and aligned to business priorities. Travel up to 10%. What We Expect of You Bachelor's Degree and 5 years' experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development / Effectiveness or related areas OR 9 years' experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development / Effectiveness or related enablement areas. Demonstrated instructional design and project management experience with a successful track record of increasing learner knowledge, performance and effectiveness. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive and collaborative relationships cross-functionally. Aptitude for new concepts and technologies with the ability to quickly put them into practical use. Track record of balancing competing priorities with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with and present to stakeholders at all levels. Strong creative problem-solving and analytical skills. Demonstrated time management skills. Strong organization skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, collaboration platforms and learning design programs. Proficient in learning management systems (LMS) and learning experience course creation, authoring and gamified learning platforms and tools. For example, articulate 360, RISE360, Adobe Captivate, ELB, Kahoot! Expected to apply AI writing, design, image, audio and video creation tools as part of daily design and development practice. For example, Microsoft Copilot, Synthesia, Canva, DALL-E. Proficient in video and VR production tools. Preferred skills, experience, and qualities needed Degree focused in Business Administration, Communications, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development / Effectiveness or Adult Learning, is a plus. Knowledge of innovative learning tools and experience driving adoption of new tools across a team, is a plus. Knowledge of the technology industry is a plus. Strong knowledge of advanced sales skills and strategy is a plus. Technical acumen is a plus. Knowledge of adult learning principles is a plus. History of working with sales and services organizations to increase revenue and profit performance, is a plus.
Pay range:
