Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated CCW (Concealed Carry Weapon) Instructor to lead firearm safety training and certification programs. In this role, you will develop engaging curricula, deliver comprehensive instruction both in classroom and online settings, and ensure compliance with all educational regulations. Your expertise will empower adult learners from diverse backgrounds to confidently and responsibly carry concealed weapons while adhering to legal standards. Responsibilities Design and develop curriculum tailored to adult learners, incorporating educational technology and interactive learning methods Deliver engaging classroom instruction on firearm safety, legal responsibilities, and responsible carrying practices Conduct online training sessions utilizing remote teaching tools to reach a broad audience Manage classroom environments effectively, ensuring safety, engagement, and compliance with regulations Assess student progress through evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and maintain detailed records of training outcomes Stay current with evolving laws, regulations, and best practices related to concealed carry licensing and firearm education Collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure all training programs meet educational compliance standards Qualifications CCW Program Instructor Credentials Proven experience in classroom teaching or instructional roles within adult education or university settings Strong knowledge of learning technology, educational technology integration, and computer-based instructional tools Demonstrated ability in curriculum development for diverse audiences Experience delivering online instruction and remote training sessions effectively Familiarity with classroom management techniques for adult learners from various cultural backgrounds Understanding of educational compliance and regulation requirements related to firearm training programs Excellent lesson planning skills coupled with the ability to adapt content for different learning styles Prior experience working with students in both classroom and virtual environments is highly desirablePay:
