Education Specialist

Educational Specialist (Independent Contractor) Join a Team That Changes Lives The Ashley Ravid Group is seeking passionate, highly skilled Educational Specialists to join our collaborative network of professionals supporting students with learning differences. We are looking for educators who are committed to helping students build confidence, independence, and academic success through individualized, evidence-based instruction. Our specialists receive client referrals through our practice and provide one-on-one support in students' homes throughout the local community.

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:

⭐ Training and experience in structured literacy programs such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Reading System, Lindamood-Bell , or comparable evidence-based interventions. ⭐ Experience working with students with dyslexia, dysgraphia, ADHD, executive functioning challenges, and other learning differences . ⭐ Ability to assess student strengths and areas of need through informal assessments, progress monitoring, and ongoing data collection. ⭐ Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals when appropriate. ⭐ Professional, reliable, organized, and able to work independently. ⭐ Master's degrees in Special Education orEducation preferred Responsibilities ⭐ Provide individualized academic intervention and educational support. ⭐ Develop and implement customized learning plans based on student needs. ⭐ Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly. ⭐ Maintain timely communication with families and the Ashley Ravid Group team. ⭐ Submit session notes and required documentation in a timely manner.
