About the RoleThe Lead Academic Coach is a working instructional leader responsible for developing tutors, ensuring instructional quality, and driving student academic outcomes.

You will lead both people and performance:coaching instructorsmonitoring instructional qualityanalyzing student progress datasupporting familiesmodeling strong instructional practiceThis is a hands-on leadership role where you both coach and contribute directly.

Key ResponsibilitiesInstructional LeadershipTrain, coach, and develop a team of instructorsModel best-practice instruction (All subject areas)Observe sessions and provide actionable feedbackData & Performance OversightTrack student progress using Google SheetsIdentify trends in performance and recommend interventionsSupport fidelity to instructional systems and coaching modelCurriculum & Program SupportSupport design and refinement of learning experiencesHelp develop enrichment programs, workshops, and campsImprove instructional systems in collaboration with leadershipFamily & Team CommunicationCommunicate student progress clearly to familiesSupport enrollment conversations when neededMaintain a positive, solution-oriented tone in all interactionsOperational SupportAssist with scheduling, center flow, and daily operations as neededSupport opening/closing procedures during shiftsWhat Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)You will be successful if:
