At iLEARN Education, we are dedicated to helping K-12 students become confident readers, writers, communicators, and critical thinkers. Our programs focus on English Language Arts, Academic Writing, Public Speaking, Debate, Social Studies, and private school admissions preparation. We work closely with families to support students' long-term academic growth and educational success. Position Overview iLEARN Education is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mandarin Bilingual Academic Programs Coordinator to support our academic team and ensure the quality and consistency of our educational programs. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about K-12 education, understands private school admissions, and enjoys working closely with teachers, students, and families. Responsibilities Coordinate and support the daily operation of academic programs. Conduct student placement assessments and recommend appropriate classes. Monitor curriculum quality and instructional consistency across programs. Observe classes and provide constructive feedback to teachers. Review lesson plans, lesson reports, and academic records for quality and completeness. Support teacher onboarding, training, and instructional improvement. Assist with curriculum updates and instructional materials. Monitor student academic progress and collaborate with teachers on learning plans. Provide guidance on K-12 academic pathways and private school admissions when appropriate. Maintain organized academic records and program documentation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Education or a related field preferred. Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese or Korean (required). Strong understanding of the
U.S. K-12
education system. Familiarity with Orange County and Los Angeles private schools and their admissions process is preferred. Strong knowledge of English Language Arts, Academic Writing, Reading, Literature, Social Studies, or Humanities education. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and online education platforms. Authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications Experience working at a K-12 learning center, enrichment program, tutoring organization, educational consulting company, or private school . Familiarity with the Orange County and Los Angeles private school application process is preferred. Experience supporting academic programs, curriculum coordination, student placement, or instructional quality. Passion for helping students achieve academic success.
Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
