Learning Management System (LMS)
Administrator Salary Range:
$ $72,000 to $87,500 per year Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking a Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administrator to support DLIFLC at the Presidio of Monterey, CA. The LMS Administrator supports day-to-day operation, maintenance, and administration of the LMS platform used to deliver curricula, conduct assessments, and track student progress. This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities Configure LMS settings, manage user access, and upload course content. Troubleshoot technical issues and generate reports on learner progress. Collaborate with stakeholders, faculty, and instructional designers to enhance the learning experience. Support web-based and mobile applications used to deliver curricula and conduct assessments. Required Qualifications • AA/AS in a related discipline, OR 3+ years of related experience in lieu of degree. Active IAT Level II certification (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) plus applicable CE/OS certification. Strong technical proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard). Excellent troubleshooting and data analysis skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. U.S. Citizenship. Desired Qualifications BA/BS in Education Technology, Instructional Design, or related field. Experience with Sakai, Kaltura, Angel, Webex, DCO, Connect, Confluence, or SharePoint. Understanding of instructional design principles and e-learning development. Prior support to an academic or military training environment.
