This temporary role offers an exciting opportunity to support learning and development initiatives across multiple formats. Candidates can be based in San Bruno, CA; Hoboken, NJ; or Bentonville, AR, and should be comfortable working in these locations.
Instructional Designer Responsibilities:
Develop diverse training materials, including eLearning modules, virtual instructor-led sessions, videos, microlearning content, and job aids. Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to gather content and ensure the accuracy and relevance of learning assets. Design engaging, learner-friendly experiences using instructional design principles and adult learning theories. Create supporting resources such as assessments, guides, infographics, and performance support tools to enhance learning. Update existing content by integrating stakeholder feedback, product updates, and learner insights.
Instructional Designer Qualifications:
Proven experience creating and updating instructional content across various learning modalities. Familiarity with applying adult learning principles and instructional design fundamentals. Ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams. Experience working on certification or partner learning programs is preferred. Strong attention to detail and adherence to established standards and templates.
